I wanted to expand the thought to also send love the the &#039;pointy&#039; parts of the Heart -&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;I embrace with love:&lt;br&gt;The detractors, for they sharpen my desire&lt;br&gt;The bad business associates, for they taught me to &#039;trust, but verify&#039;&lt;br&gt;To my weird physical condition, for it taught me perseverance and the appreciation for the moments of subsided affliction&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;In case I&#039;m not communicating effectively, this is a positive email!  Having learned so much about the empowerment of forgiveness in recent months,  I have been feeling lately that there is good in bad, even if you have to conjure it up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Happy Fat Tuesday!</description>
