Women on Fire Tea Party in New York City March 26, 2010
I just walked in the door after another phenomenal Women on Fire Tea Party. Tea parties are an incredible way to keep yourself inspired, learn new strategies, and meet women who will cheer you on and support you in your dreams.
And, if you think you don’t have a big dream, I hope you will reconsider. Everywhere I go, women tell me their dreams.
All I have to do is ask! It’s amazing. The next woman who walks by, ask her what her big dream is. Chances are even if you think you know what it is, she might surprise you.
During my last few days in New York City, I talked to dozens of women about their big dreams. Here’s a few, among many, I carried home with me that left me smiling:
• Make-up artist Catherine Kaletsis shared that for the past 15 years she’s been writing music successfully and collaborating with a partner every single week to grow their music company Perfect Project.
• Sales trainer Rochelle Togo-Figa gushed with enthusiasm about her big dream working with Jamie Eslinger to bring together women who’ve had breast cancer to inspire them to transform their experience into something great. Check out her telesummit.
• Coach Susan Hyatt glowed as she described putting the final touches on her dream – writing her book Create Your Own Luck – 7 Steps To Get Your Lucky On.
What do these women have in common? A big dream and she’s moving forward on it!
In the meantime, what is your big dream? And, where are you with it? What do you need to make it happen?
