March’s Book To Live By

Hardly a month goes by that you don’t see an article on the mental health crisis of anxiety in our society.

Reports reflect on the epidemic levels of stress and depression affecting all ages, income levels and walks of life.

As a coach for more than 20 years, I have often seen how debilitating panic attacks and stress-related problems prevent people from fully living their lives.

The book is easy to read and follow. It offers dozens of tools and tips that can be used anytime and anyplace.
